An oven-dried 50-mL three necked flask was charged with the amine(即苯胺) (1 mmol), cupric bromide （二溴化铜）(2.5 mmol) and Oxone （商品化的氧化剂）(6 mmol), and then acetonitrile（乙腈） (10 mL) was added via syringe. The reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature. The reaction was monitored by TLC and quenched according to the time as mentioned in the text. Then the mixture was filtered through a pad of silica gel, and the filtrate was washed with ethyl acetate (20 mL × 2). The combined organic phases were evaporated under reced pressure and the resie purified by column chromatography，最终产率为79%。
