俞汝勤从20世纪60年代起开展了铌等稀有元素的有机分析试剂合成及分析方法研究,合成了氰基甲类、噻唑偶氮类、变色酸双偶氮类、络合腙类等分析试剂,以及将长链烷基季氮与非离子烷氧链等不同基团引入同一聚合型表面活性剂分子中构建分析增敏试剂,建立了铌、铼、金、钯、铋、钨、钼、钙等元素的灵敏分析方法。提出的新铌试剂为冶金地质部门正式采用。有关分析试剂的研究与化学传感器的研制结合,发展为新型载体的合成。通过合成长链季铵、季膦、联萘冠醚、氮杂冠醚、杯芳烃、卟啉、酞菁、咪唑及哌啶衍生物、金属希夫碱配合物以及锡、铅、汞、锑等金属有机化合物,研制了多种药物及难测试离子的电化学传感器。在非玻璃膜氢离子敏感电极的研制方面,通过在中性载体分子中引入对酸性及碱性区响应的基团,显著拓宽了其线性响应区间。另一方面,通过合成光化学载*备光化学传感器,如荧光素及其卤代衍生物长链烷基酯制备测试羧酸及脂肪醇的传感器;上述荧光素衍生物与荧光给予体稠环芳烃合用制备荧光能量转移型苦味酸传感器;含蒽甲基丙烯酸类共聚物制备四环素类抗生素传感器;具溶致变色性的含黄酮基聚合物制备测试有机溶剂中水分的传感器,等等。
除上述合成有机载*备的传感器外,俞汝勤还开展了非化学计量化合物制备磷酸根等难测试离子的电极;参与将一些重要的晶体膜及气敏电极如氟及氨电极国产化的工作,实现了在国内批量生产这些传感器。主持2项化学计量学国家自然科学基金重点项目,开展了较系统的分析化学计量学基础研究工作。发展了适用于白色、灰色及黑色等不同类型分析体系的多元校正方法,包括稳健多元校正与滤波、基于形态分析概念的多元校正,以及运用模拟退火算法的多元校正等。研究人工神经网络的稳健化及其在分析校正与化学定量构效关系方面的应用。他主持的研究成果“有机试剂用于电化学、催化动力学及光度分析研究”获国家自然科学三等奖(1987);“离子选择性电极”成果获全国科学大会奖(1978)。在电化学传感器、光化学传感器及新型分析试剂等方面的研究成果还曾获国家教委及其他部、省级奖励5种。在化学计量学方面的研究成果获国家教委科技进步一等奖(1994)及其他部省级奖励3种;发表的学术论文逾300篇。 专业著作 俞汝勤.离子选择性电极分析法.北京:人民教育出版社,1980 俞汝勤.现代分析化学的信息理论基础.长沙:湖南大学出版社,1987 俞汝勤.化学计量学导论.长沙:湖南教育出版社,1991 期刊论文 1.
