定语从句常考的例句：（仅供参考）
1. The girl is my daughter. Her work got the first prize.
The girl whose work got the first prize is my daughter.
2. The book is not mine. The cover of it is red.
The book whose cover is red is not mine
( The book the cover of which is red is not mine)
3. This is the house He visited it yesterday.
This is the house. He once lived in it.
This is the house which/that / / he visited yesterday.
This is the house where/in which he once lived.

倒装句：倒装句做起题来比较好做，只需要弄清是部分倒装还是全部倒装，然后记住哪些分别是部分倒装和全部倒装即可，下面就分别举个例子：
部分倒装：
Here comes the bus. 公共汽车来了。
There goes the bell. 铃响了。
Away went the runners. 赛跑选手们跑远了。
Round and round flew the plane. 飞机盘旋着。
The door opened and in came Mr. Smith. 门开了，史密斯先生进了来。
Down came the rain and up went the umbrellas. 下雨了，伞都撑起来了。
全部倒装：
Never have I seen read such a book. 我从未读过那样的书。
Not until twelve o'clock did she go to bed last night .
她昨晚十二点才上床睡觉。
Seldom does he go out for dinner. 他很少出去吃饭。

同位语从句：
The news that our team has won is true.
