My view on Listening in English
Some friends of mine always ask me about the good ways of Listening in English. Though many people gain very little after long term and hard study, there must be some good ways of learning.
Now I’m talk about my Listening in English road. Trully, every one would have every different experience in listening in English. But my way maybe is the most aeptable to most of the English learners.
In order to listening in English good. The most important thing is you need to understand what they are talking about. That's great requirement for listening ability. And also, if you want to clearly understand what others talking about, I mean to improve your listening ability, you should make your pronouncing ability very close to theirs first.
Firstly, rebuild your pronounciation and intonation system to make it perfect, at least very close to the radio and tape, I know it's difficult, but it's not possible. So it is why I call it rebuild, not only practice.
Secondly, after you suessfully rebuilt your pronounciation you need to listen to some good materials to gain enough sence of listening. At least for 1 or 2 months.
Last, must carry on, do more listening in English. Then, you gained your suess.

Should the women teachers dress up? Different people have different opinions. Some people are for it while some people are agains it.
In my opinion , I think women teachers should dress up properly. If they are too modern, they may distract the students' attention in class.
