First of all, allow me to thank you for your kind invitation to attend this gathering. I am very fortunate to have had such a nice chance to visit your wonderful country and meet with so many distinguished friendly people. Our visit has been both interesting and proctive. It is not only a source of pleasure but an opportunity to discuss some important problems. I've gained a great deal from it. thank you for making my visit so worthwhile. I shall treasure your friendship and kind hospitality you have given us. May the friendship between our two countries be further developed.

The time has come for our group to leave for China. It’s a pity that we can not stay in Australia any longer. Allow me, then, to take this opportunity to say something by way of a farewell.
First of all, I wish to thank you all for the cooperation and support you have given us in the past 9 days. You have kept good time on all occasions, which made things a lot easier for all our group members. I’d like to add that you are the best friends we’ve ever been with.
Nine days ago, we met as strangers; today, we bid farewell to each other as friends. A Chinese saying goes, “A good friend from afar brings a distant land closer.”（海内存知己，天涯若比邻） I hope you’ll take back happy memories of your trip to China.
We have been visiting this country and have been talking to the people here, which will surely bring about better understanding and closer relations between our two countries and two peoples.
