with当连词的时候后面的谓语动词是否加单三看什么？

具体情况具体分析，不能一概而论。我的观点如下：
1.
当连词是and时
1）连接两个不可数名词时，谓语动词用复数：
如：Water
and
food
are
what
we
need
most
at
present.
水和食物是我目前所需要的东西。
2）连接两个单数名词时：
（1）两个单数名词前都有不定冠词时，谓语动词用复数；
如：A
writer
and
an
actor
are
visiting
our
school
now.
一个作家和一个演员现在在我们学校参观（访问）。
（2）如果后一个名词前没有不定冠词时，其指同一人，此时谓语动词用单数；
如：A
writer
and
actor
is
visiting
our
school
now.
一个作家（兼）演员现在在我们学校参观（访问）。
2、当连词是with,
but,
as
well
as,
together
with等时，谓语动词应与该词前面的名词（主语）保持一致；
如：1)
Mary
with
her
parents
has
gone
to
Canada.
2)
Mary's
parents
with
her
have
gone
to
Canada.

一般情况用复数。
如。The

writer
are
going
to

但是。The
poet
and
writer
is
going
to
shanghai.
The
poet
and
writer值得是同一人，兼有两种身份。
其他：knife
and
fork,
bread
and
milk,
也是指的同一物，谓动词用单数。
还有：every
...and
every...
no
...
and
no...
后面的也用单数。
