Protecting the Environment-保护环境
Environmental problems are becoming more and more serious all over the orld. For example, cars have made the air unhealthy for people to breathe and poisonous gas is given off by factories. Trees on the hills have been cut do n and aste ater is being poured continuously into rivers.Furthermore, herever e go today, e can find rubbish carelessly disposed. Pollution is, in fact, threatening our existence.
The earth is our home and e have the ty to take care of it for ourselves and for our later generations. Fortunately, more and more people have realized these problems. Measures have been taken to cope ith these problems by the government. La s have been passed to stop pollution. I hope the problem ill be solved in the near future and our home ill become better and better.

全世界的环境问题变得越来越严重。例如汽车污染的空气影响了人们的呼吸，工厂释放污染的气体，山上的树木被砍伐，污水不断被排人河里。另外，无论我们走到哪里，到处可见随意丢弃的垃圾。事实上，污染正威胁我们的生存。
地球是我们的家园，我们有责任为我们自己和我们的后代去照顾好它。庆幸的是，愈来愈多的人们已经意识到这些问题。*已经采取了很多措施去解决这些问题，法律已被通过以制止污染。我希望这些问题在不远的将来能得到解决，我们的家园变得越来越好。

Trees on the hills have been cut do n,and aste ater is being poured continuously into rivers. Furthermore, herever e go today, e can find rubbish carelessly disposed. The hole ecological balance of the earth is changing. Massive destruction of environment has brought about negative effects and even poses a great threat to man's existence.
We must face the situation that exists and take actions to solve our environmental problems. For instance, ne la s must be passed to place strict control over instrial pollution, the pub!ic must receive the ecation about the hazard of pollution and so on. We hope that all these measures ill be effective and bring back a healthful environment.

全世界的环境问题在变得越来越严重。随着工农业的发展，汽车制造噪音、排放毒气，山上的树木被砍伐，污水不断被排入河里。另外，无论我们走到哪里，到处可见随意丢弃的垃圾。整个地球生态平衡正在改变，环境的巨大破坏已带来负面影响，甚至对人类生存带来巨大威胁。
我们必须面对现实，采取行动解决环境问题。例如必须通过新的法律严格控制工业污染问题，大众必须接受污染危害的教育等。我们希望这些措施的有效实施能带给我们一个健康的环境。

Saving the earth
As we know, with the increase in population and the qucik development of modern society,
1)we have changed the earth greatly. people have cut down millions of trees, forests have bocome deserts. 2)In big cities, cars and buses have polluted the air. 3)Factories have polluted the land and the water. 4)And air pollution have destroyed the ozone layer and that has made a very hole in the ozone layer, so too much harmful radiation come to the earth. 5) Carbon dioxide in the air has increase a lot, this has formed a blanket around the earth, and it cause the greenhouse effect. All these problems are very serious, so we must do something now.
The government is doing something useful to protect the environment. As a student, 1)we should care for wild animals and plant more trees. 2)We had better walk or ride a bike instead of taking a bus or taxi if we travel a short distance. 3) we use both side of the paper. 4) we should recycle waste paper, boxes and plastic bottles. 5) we should the waste we proce every day.6) we should try spread the message about protecting the environment.
In short, we sould do everything we can to protect the earth--- our home.

earth is our home to live so we should try our best to protect it .We can do many things in helping our earth.
　　First we can plant more trees to fresh the air around us,which will benefit us.Second we should ecate people not to cut down the trees for other use.Third we should persuade some factories not to pour the waste water to the rivers or the seas in order to rece the pollution.Finally we should make everybody aware of the danger we are in and call on them to do something for our earth.

Nowadays, science and technology is highly developed, but because of human 's wanton destruction, earth has appeared the crisis.
Now the Antarctic, atmospheric ozone layer becomes thin, there was a huge hole, which is also called the " ozone hole ". As we all know, although the ozone layer is invisible, but be no trivial matter. It can stop a most harmful to the human body of light, such as ultraviolet radiation, cosmic rays, but also the protection of animals and plants.
Then we will use action to answer:
1: clean home furnishing, rece the use of chemical cleaning agents and pesticides.
2: with lemon and carbon elimination of smell, instead of chemical air fresheners.
3: food is not greasy with warm washing water, rece the use of detergent.
4: a variety of indoor and outdoor plants can make around cool, rece the fan, air conditioning.
5: often pay attention to maintenance of electrical appliances ( especially air conditioner ), recing power consumption.
6: the selection of the good performance of electrical appliances.
7 : non-essential appliances ( such as electric toothbrushes ) can buy less.
8: when it's not too hot, with a fan instead of the air conditioning is power.
