From 472B.C.when a city wall was built by kingdom Yue,Nanjing has a history of over 2400 years. For nearly 450 years,Nanjing was founded a capital by ten dynasties which were the Eastern Jin Dynasty；the Song Dynasty,the Liang Dynasty, the Chen Dynasty,the Qi Dynasty ring the Southern Dynasties；the early years of the Ming Dynasty；the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom and the Republic of China. Nanjing has many places of historic interest and relics,and its scenery is beautiful. It is a wellknown city in south areas of Yangtse River.

从公元前四百七十二年越国筑越城算起，南京已有两千四百多年历史，以后东晋、南朝的宋、齐、梁、陈、明代初年、太平天国以及中华*先后有十个朝代在南京建都，累计时间近四百五十年。南京自然山水优美，历代古迹众多，是一座名震江南的古城。
