支付宝实名认证作用是：通过支付宝系统审核后就可以在淘宝以及一些购物网站中开店，售卖商品，也可以在阿里巴巴的系统里生一张互联网身份证提供信用分，然后可以一些免押金服务。

支付宝认证为第三方认证，通过认证后因而更加可靠和客观。由众多知名银行共同参与，更具权威性；除身份信息核实外，增加了银行账户信息核实，极大提高其真实性。
