help 后面的不定式，一般不带 to， 除非宾语太长，以及被动语态
一、正常情况：I helped him stand up. He helps clean the room. We helped wash dishes after dinner.
二、被动语态：He was helped to finish his homework. Mary was helped to stand up.
三、宾语太长：（如果宾语不长：He helps his sister do her homework) He helps his sister who is disabled since childhood to do some exercises every morning.

这3个都可以用的啊,意思都一样的.
下面是help的用法---
help sb. to do sth.
help sb. do sth.
help sb. with sth.(以上3个均为帮某人做某事)
help yourself/sb. (to sth.)把某物(尤其是指食物,饮料等)拿给自己/某人
can/can't/couldn't help sth.能/不能停止或避免某事
can't help doing sth.情不自禁做某事
help(sb.) out帮助/资助某人摆脱困境
